The arc
Most roofers learn roofs first and paperwork the hard way. We came up the other direction, and our own history says nobody taught us gently. We call 2013 a trial by fire.
Early 1990s
Local first
Local to Sioux Falls since the early 1990s. Children, schools, PTA and Scouts. That is community tenure, in our own words.
The back-office years
The paperwork came first
Before any license of our own, we ran management, claims, production, inspections and sales as the back office for large roofing companies. The claims desk came years before the trucks.
2013
Trial by fire
Started working with a large national roofing company and learned roofing and insurance claims from the ground up. Nobody taught us gently.
2016
The test
After thousands of roofs and claim actions we took the Sioux Falls general contractor exam and became full general contractors, licensed by testing for it.
2017
On our own
After running the back office for two large companies, we went independent under our own license.

Our own FAQ says it plainly: installation is done by crews that have put on thousands of roofs, while we run the project, the inspections and the claim, with oversight on site through the whole job. No pretending we swing every hammer. The management is the product, and we are honest about it.
