What happens next

You send the address.
A roof can't be judged from a postcode. The street address and a line about what you're seeing is everything we need to get started.

We get eyes on it.
Rooftop, drone, or aerial, whichever the roof calls for. Buying or selling? That inspection comes back as a 31-point report, which is the one that saves a closing.

If there's damage, the claim starts.
Damage assessment, the claim itself, and the argument when the first scope comes back light. Most roofers hand you a claim number and disappear. Claims are half of what we do.

- Carriers typically pay about 55% of the actual damage on the first check.

Hours
We're not going to pretend otherwise: we are a small, woman- and veteran-owned outfit, and the office is closed evenings and weekends. Storms are not. So the assistant on this site is on all night. Tell it what happened, and your request is captured and time-stamped the moment you send it.
