An inspection needs a street address — rooftop, drone, or aerial. Send that and what you're seeing, and Dakota takes it from there. Booking here is a request: they confirm the time with you.
What happens next
- 01
You send the address.
A roof can't be judged from a postcode. The street address and a line about what you're seeing is everything we need to get started.
- 02
They get eyes on it.
Rooftop, drone, or aerial — whichever the roof calls for. Buying or selling? That inspection comes back as a 31-point report, which is the one that saves a closing.
- 03
If there's damage, the claim starts.
Damage assessment, the claim itself, and the argument when the first scope comes back light. Most roofers hand you a claim number and disappear — claims are half of what this company does.
Dakota's own numbers
- More than 90% of claims are modified from the carrier's first scope.
- Carriers typically pay about 55% of the actual damage on the first check.
Those are Dakota's figures, as they publish them — which is also why a light first offer from your carrier is normal, rather than final. Licensed, bonded, and carrying $2M+ in general liability plus workers' compensation.
Woman- and veteran-owned. In their words, they served “At Home and During Desert Storm.”
Hours
We're not going to pretend otherwise: Dakota is a small, woman- and veteran-owned outfit, and the office is closed evenings and weekends. Storms are not. So the assistant on this site is on all night — tell it what happened, and the job is in front of the team, not sitting in a voicemail box.
