The visit
Their published walk: the call, then a scheduled visit that usually runs one to two hours. Before arriving they research the storm history, past roofing permits and recent claims in the area. On site they listen first, walk the ground for collateral damage before any ladder goes up, then work the roof and gutters and leave you with findings and a plan.
